FT Detrick is part of an IMCOM Central Victim Advocacy 24/7hr contract. This allows potential victims to utilize the hotline (1-301-514-9544) number to speak with a central counselor after hours. The 24/7 will then provide the potential victim with the contact information, etc for required resource.
