Child & Youth Services offers an online service to begin the registration process, to pay your child care bill and more. Parent Central Services will assign you an initial username and password. Once you sign in for the first time you will be asked to personalize your account. You then will have access to all our online services which include: bill payment, tax forms, receipts, class sign-ups, and much more.

If you are new to Fort Detrick or Forest Glen but have used Child & Youth Services (CYS) at another installation, you can ask that your child's file be transferred to CYS at Fort Detrick or Forest Glen. This will expedite the enrollment process at Fort Detrick by having all of your information already in the system. For more information, please call Parent Central Services.
- Never used Child & Youth Services Before?

If you are new to Fort Detrick and have never registered your child with CYS,there are a few things you will need to do to get him/her registered. For a new registration, you may pre-register online. You will still have to come into our office to finalize your paperwork, but you can reduce time spent in our offices by beginning online. After completing the pre-registration process online, you will have the option to schedule a registration appointment to finalize your enrollment.

Parent Central Services is here to help you get the required information for your child to be enrolled in Child & Youth Services (CYS). For your child to participate in any CYS program on Fort Detrick, he/she must be registered. We can help you get this accomplished when you stop by. Appointments are available and recommended.
