The Fitness Center includes:

  • Cardiovascular Room
  • Locker Room
  • Nautilus Room
  • Upright and Recumbent Bikes
Dress Code

Active duty service members must wear the PT uniform 6:30 am - 8:00 am on duty days.

Open toed footwear, boots, dress shoes, jeans, dress slacks, skirts, dresses, unsafe or offensive attire is strictly prohibited.

Athletic attire appropriate to the activity is mandated to ensure the safety, personal hygiene and protection of customers and property.

Shirt, shorts/pants, and shoes are required at all times while working out in the fitness centers.

ACU’s/BDU’s are allowed to be worn in the weight room only for Active Duty Soldiers.

Guest Policy

Guest are not allowed at this time.

Authorized patrons are permitted to bring a guest when space is available.  Guests must be escorted by the sponsor at all times. No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to sign in a guest.

Children

No one under the age of 16 years is permitted in the facility without a parent or guardian, or without being a participant in a special program, organized and conducted by the Child, Youth and Services, schools, or other authorized youth organization.

Children 12 years old and under are not authorized to use mechanical cardiovascular equipment, or free weight room. 

As a family member, children and youth (under the age of 16 years old), must be actively participating in the same activity and under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.

Children of kindergarten age and older will use gender appropriate showers, locker rooms, and bathrooms.

Security

It is the patron's responsibility to secure their valuables while utilizing Forest Glen Annex Fitness Center. Family and MWR will not be held responsible for patrons' property. Please bring your own lock for lockers*. Staff may not safe guard personal property.

*Lockers are for daily use only. Please do not leave your belongings overnight.

Inappropriate Behavior

Use of foul language (cursing), yelling, fighting or heated arguments will not be tolerated at anytime for any reason. Forest Glen Annex Fitness Center staff will handle inappropriate behavior in accordance with Standards of Operation Procedures.
