New Parent Support services are available to all eligible Families with child(ren) prenatal to 3 years old, whether they live on or off the installation. 


NPSP services are voluntary and designed to empower parents, build on the strengths and skills of parents, include both parents and promote positive parenting practices.


NPSP-Home Visitors are Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Registered Nurses who provide a range of educational services and support to parents.

Couples Paint Night joins Parents Night Out

In support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month we have invited “Painting with Friends by Tammy” to come and support couples with bringing out their creative artistic sides, communication and working together as a team. As you pick up your paint brush you will be encouraged, believed in, motivated and inspired through each stroke to create your own masterpiece on canvas to take home with you. Child Care will be available for those enrolled at CYS for $7.00/hr.
