The mandatory Financial Readiness Common Military Training requirements provide all
Soldiers with the common knowledge, skills, and behavior standards to enable them to
manage their financial affairs in a manner that supports mission readiness.
Confidential Accredited Financial Counselors available at ACS, 1520 Freedman Dr.
Monday-Friday 0900-1500, evenings by arrangement.

Single Parents= anyone who is caring for a child alone, dependents whose spouse is deployed, individuals going through a divorce.

Dancers will learn dance fundamentals such as proper technique, flexibility skills, rhythm/coordination and versatile choreography ranging in the current hip-hop and pop genre.

To help individuals learn about their anger symptoms, warning
signs, and how they progress as they escalate. The goal is to teach
individuals to gain self-awareness of their warning signs so that they
know when they need to step back and use, anger management techniques .
- Develop calming techniques that let you express anger in a more constructive and healthy manner.
- Handle anger constructively and foster more productive conversations with the people in your life.
- Understand your anger and improve your coping strategies.
