The 19th Street Band will be performing along with, craft vendors, pumpkin & costume competition, trunk or treat, game activities, face painting, food, a haunted house, and lots more. “CDC or COVID-19 guidelines must be adhered to. MWR personnel will enforce, patrons may be asked to leave for the safety of others.”
