Get ready for basketball season with Youth Sports & Fitness. Come build Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance & Flexibility. Become a master at explosive power, agility, and movement. Practice jerseys will be provided

Participants will be introduced to the basics of dance and functional movement
December 2nd
