This is a GOLD STAR SCRAPBOOKING WORKSHOP which will be offered to our Surviving Gold Star Families. Cost is free to Survivors. ACS will provide instruction and the materials. Effective immediately and in accordance with the Secretary of Defense directive dated July 28, 2021, Fort Detrick is now considered an area of SUBSTANTIAL TRANSMISSION of COVID-19; therefore, masks must be worn at all indoor locations while on Fort Detrick regardless of vaccine status.

One cannot understand another person’s experience until they have walked a mile in their shoes. This day, the first day of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we will walk a mile around the track in support of all victims and survivors of Domestic Violence. Purple is the Domestic Violence Awareness color so put on some purple, put on someone else’s shoes, and walk to support the victims and survivors of domestic violence.

The Commissary Parking lot will be used for a free movie night for the Fort Detrick Community. There will be exciting pre-movie activities for all. The Commissary Deli will also be open for soda, chips and candy. The movie shown will be Boss Baby Family Business.
