Our STRONG B.A.N.D.S. events:

 

AQUA AEROBICS CLASS 1-31 May: Tuesdays 0900, Thursdays 1715, and Sundays 1400. Participate in a scheduled Aqua Aerobics class.

 

AEROBICS CLASS 1-31 May: Participate in a scheduled aerobics class. 

 

AUTO SKILLS CENTER Stop in anytime during the month of May to perform maintenance on your vehicle.

 

YOUTH SERVICES 13 May: School Age Program around the world soccer.  Active SAC pass and reservation required.

 

INDOOR POOL 1-31 May: Swim laps for a whole-body workout to increase heart-rate, tone muscles and manage weight.
